Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This policy explains how Design Doctor handles information when you use its website or its auditing tools in ChatGPT.

Information processed

Design Doctor receives the public ecommerce-page URL you submit. It may fetch and render that page in a fresh browser session, then process its public text, images, metadata, layout measurements and accessibility signals to create an audit.

Do not submit passwords, payment information, private or authenticated URLs, personal account pages, or URLs containing personal information. Design Doctor is designed only for publicly accessible ecommerce homepages, categories and product pages.

How information is used

The submitted URL and page evidence are used only to generate the requested ecommerce-page report, protect the service from abuse and troubleshoot failures. The application does not sell personal information, build advertising profiles or use scan content for its own marketing.

Service providers and international processing

Design Doctor uses hosting and security infrastructure provided by OpenAI and Cloudflare. Cloudflare Browser Rendering may open the submitted public page and capture page evidence. If optional model-based evaluation is enabled, selected page text and screenshots may be sent to OpenAI with API storage disabled. These providers may process operational and security logs under their own terms.

Storage and retention

Design Doctor application code does not create user accounts or store a history of completed scans. Hosting, security and network providers may temporarily retain request and diagnostic logs. A report downloaded from the website is stored wherever you or a recipient choose to save or share it.

Anonymous service metrics

To understand whether the service is useful and reliable, Design Doctor keeps daily aggregate counters for audit attempts. These counters record only the day, whether the request came from the website or ChatGPT, the requested scan mode, the tool used and whether the audit succeeded or failed.

The analytics database does not store submitted URLs, prompts, page content, reports, IP addresses, user identifiers or individual request timestamps. Raw events are not retained: each request only increments an existing daily total. The private dashboard is restricted to the service owner.

Your choices

You can avoid processing by not submitting a URL. To ask about access, deletion or another privacy right that may apply to you, contact damicolabs@gmail.com. Because the application does not maintain accounts or scan history, include only enough information to identify the relevant request and never send credentials.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
