What to include

• The public ecommerce-page URL you tried to analyze.
• The error message or unexpected result.
• The approximate date and time of the scan.
• Your browser or whether you used Design Doctor inside ChatGPT.

Keep private information out

Do not send passwords, API keys, payment details, customer records or private store links. Design Doctor support will never ask for a password or multi-factor authentication code.

Common limitations

Some stores block automated browsers, require a location or login, or reveal shipping and reviews only after interaction. In those cases the report should identify the unavailable evidence instead of guessing.
