Terms of Use
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These terms apply when you use the Design Doctor website or its auditing tools in ChatGPT.
What the service provides
Design Doctor provides automated, informational ecommerce-page UX and accessibility observations. Results are based on the evidence available during a scan and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not legal advice, a guarantee of commercial performance or a certification of WCAG, consumer-law or other regulatory compliance.
Permitted use
You may analyze a publicly accessible ecommerce homepage, category or product page that you own, manage or otherwise have the right to inspect. You must not use Design Doctor to bypass access controls, probe private networks, submit credentials, attack another service or process unlawful content.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing findings before acting on them and for the URLs and content you submit. Do not rely on an automated pass as proof that a page is accessible, lawful or suitable for every user.
Research and independence
Relevant recommendations may link to public Baymard Institute research. Design Doctor uses its own detection rules, priorities and scoring. It is independent of Baymard and is not a Baymard benchmark, endorsement or certification.
Availability
The service may be rate-limited, interrupted or unable to analyze stores that block automated access. Features and limits may change. Design Doctor is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
